Sailing Links
Integer I was designed by Robert Brasted and built in Wroxham, England in 1983. She was originally used for pleasure cruising out of Mallorca, Antibes and for whale-watching in Antarctica.
Integer I is now primarily engaged in sail training and personal development for non-traditional learners and those who have become disengaged from independent life. She has been the source of many life-changing experiences for candidates from all over the UK, many of whom had never set foot on a yacht before, such as John who spent a week on Integer 1 in 2004 who wrote, "I have never felt so moved as I did when watching the sun rise from the bowsprit of Integer I. The experience awoke my senses beyond belief and set me on course for a new life"
Apart from sailing, everyone shares the cooking and cleaning chores and the whole experience is dependent upon good teamwork. Integer I has spacious living accommodation and can comfortably sleep 14; there are 5 cabins (14 berths) each with private facilities including showers. 6 weeks during the year are allocated to corporate training and sailing cruises. Integer I sails out of Plymouth in Devon and UK ports on the south and east coasts.
