Adventures Offshore aims to offer an introduction to the excitement and adventure of offshore sailing to young people, teach the skills of seamanship and create opportunities for personal development. Both vessels take part in the STI Tall Ships' Races every year. RYA courses can be run on request. The scheme's operating area is the Thames Estuary and the southern North Sea, using continental ports frequently. One vessel operates out of Eastbourne during the first half of the season. Voyages can be used to complete the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Residential Project. Everyone aboard is encouraged to participate fully in the running of the vessel.
